Playmaker and sweep Nathan-Wong is a natural athlete. The former Linfield High School student was the youngest to ever be selected to the New Zealand Women's Sevens team when she made her debut as an 18 year-old in 2012. She was a key member of the team that lifted the sevens World Cup a year later. The gifted athlete has already represented New Zealand in Touch Rugby and great form last year saw her named the New Zealand Sevens Player of the Year. Both her Dad and Grandad have been the biggest influences on her rugby career as they taught her all her basic skills. Nathan-Wong capped off her 2016 season with a silver medal at the Rio Olympics.
